New Delhi, 9 February : The first match of the four-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy to be played between India and Australia will start in Nagpur from 9 am on Thursday. This trophy is important from India’s point of view because by winning this series, India can secure its place in the final of the World Test Championship by securing the first position in the ICC rankings. India and Australia have been neck and neck in recent years. 27 Test series have been played between India and Australia in which Australia won 12 and India won 10 while 5 were drawn.
