New Delhi, 6 September (HS): The central government will release an additional amount of Rs 1164.53 crore under the central scheme related to industrial development in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
The union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the release of additional funds under the Industrial Development Scheme 2017 in hill states. With this, the liability related to the commitment of the Centre will be fulfilled by 2028–29.
