New Delhi, 6 September : The case of the beating of a child in school in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, has reached the Supreme Court. Social activist Tushar Gandhi has filed a petition with the Supreme Court. A bench headed by Justice AS Oka will hear the petition today.
Demands for FIR and Time-bound Investigation in Viral Video Case
Citing the viral video in the petition, a demand has also been made to register an FIR with the police and give instructions for a time-bound investigation.
