Ranchi, 24 August: State Congress spokesperson Abha Sinha said that the central government is taking full advantage of the G-20 conferences being held in the country. During this, the election campaign is being done fiercely.
Sinha issued a press release on Thursday and said that the government is doing this to divert the attention of the people of the country from the issues through G-20 conferences. G-20 conferences are also held in other countries but there is no such propaganda. He said that G-20 was formed in 1999. It has 19 countries of the world and European union members.
He said that since its formation till now, G-20 summits have been organized alternately in 17 countries and now it is India’s number, but the kind of election campaign is being run here and efforts are being made to create an atmosphere. What is being done has not happened in any other country. In fact, this is being done to divert the attention of the people from the important issues.
He said that we should remember that the Non-Aligned Summit of more than 100 countries in 1983 and then Commonwealth countries summit was successfully held in this New Delhi in 1983 but the then government did not use those opportunities for electoral gains. . Also said that on April 5, 2014, LK Advani had described Narendra Modi as a great event manager. To divert the attention of the public, the Prime Minister is doing event management only.
