New Delhi, 31 August : The 191st meeting of ESIC was held at its headquarters here on Thursday. On this occasion, union Labour and Employment Minister Bhupendra Yadav launched chemotherapy services in 30 ESIC hospitals across the country.
On this occasion, the union Minister said that this is a step taken in accordance with the vision of the Prime Minister for the overall welfare of Karmayogis during the Amritkal of the Prime Minister. With this, the insured employees and their dependent relatives will be able to get better cancer treatment.
The union minister also inaugurated a control room with an ESIC dashboard. The dashboard will ensure better monitoring of the current status of resources and beds and ongoing construction projects in ESIC hospitals.
