The Congress has protested against the new map issued by China.

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge tweeted on Tuesday that Arunachal Pradesh and Aksai Chin are completely part of India. We do not accept any such map issued by China, which is against our integrity.

Kharge said that the Indian National Congress takes strong objection to any such illegal representation or renaming of regions of India. We want peaceful co-existence with our neighbours, including China, and peace on LAC.

In another tweet issued by the Congress, the central government targeted the issue of China. The Congress said that Prime Minister Modi met Chinese President Xi Jinping four days ago. The Government of India said that Prime Minister Modi has spoken to China in a strict tone regarding the Line of Actual Control (LAC). After this meeting, China has now released a map. In which he is telling his share to Arunachal and Aksai Chin.

Congress has asked a question to PM Modi: What kind of strict tone is this that China is not desisting from its nefarious activities?
