Ranchi, September 5 : An online FIR was lodged on Tuesday in the Muffasil police station of Sahibganj against 20 people, including Chief Minister Hemant Soren, in the illegal mining case. It also includes the names of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Abhishek Prasad, alias Pintu, Pankaj Mishra, Manish Tiwari, Vibhuti Kumar, Ramnivas Yadav, Anuranj Kisphota, Rajendra Dubey, and Pramod Mishra. Following the order of the Jharkhand High Court, the petitioner has filed an online FIR.

The Jharkhand High Court issued an order in this regard on April 27. Petitioner Teerthnath Akash filed a PIL in the Jharkhand High Court on May 21, 2021.
