Authorities have urged citizens to contact the helpline and provide complete details so that the administration can maintain updated records and extend assistance if required.
The district administration clarified that the initiative is precautionary and aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of residents connected to the region. Collecting accurate data will enable officials to respond effectively in case of emergencies or unforeseen situations.
Families whose relatives are in Gulf countries have been encouraged to proactively share information, including contact details, current location, and travel status. Officials stated that maintaining a verified database will help the administration coordinate better support measures if needed.
District Magistrate Medha Roopam emphasized that the administration is committed to safeguarding the interests of residents and ensuring timely assistance to those facing any issues abroad. The helpline has been set up to streamline communication and prevent delays in response during emergencies.
Officials also requested that those who have recently returned from Gulf countries inform the administration, so proper records can be maintained. This step will help authorities track movement and provide necessary guidance where required.
The administration has assured that all information shared through the helpline will be handled responsibly. The primary objective is to establish a communication channel between residents abroad and the district authorities to ensure support in case of difficulty.
Citizens have been advised to promptly use the helpline facility and cooperate with officials by providing accurate details. Further updates and assistance measures will be communicated through official channels as needed.
