Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan has gotten relief from the Supreme Court in a case related to hate speech. The Supreme Court has put an interim stay on the order of the MP-MLA court of Rampur to give the voice sample. The Supreme Court has also issued a notice to the state government on Azam Khan’s petition.
Azam Khan has challenged the trial court’s decision to give a voice sample in the Supreme Court. Earlier, the Allahabad High Court had refused to interfere with the order of the trial court.
