Nagpur, 23 December : One Jaisingh Rajput has been arrested in Belgaluru, for issuing life threat to Maharashtra Environment Minister Aditya Thackeray. The rpeort has been projected by a Marathi news channel.
Thackeray had received the threat on his mobile phone. The issue was raised in the Maharashtra Legislature on Thursday. Heated discussion ensued on the issue and Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil announces formation of Special Investigation Team (SIT).
Withough a couple of hours from this announcement Jaisingh Rajput was reported to have been arrested. Further investigation is in progress.
