New Delhi, 7 September: Political rhetoric is in full swing over the controversial statement made by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin’s son, Udhayanidhi Stalin, regarding Sanatan Dharma. Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, while sharing the letter on Twitter on Thursday, has given clarification on his son’s statement.

He said that pro-BJP forces are unable to tolerate his stand against repressive principles. They have spread a false story alleging, Udayanidhi had called for the genocide of people with Sanatan ideas, which is not the case.

MK Stalin said, Udhayanidhi expressed his views on Sanatan principles that discriminate against Scheduled Castes, Tribes, and women; he had no intention of hurting any religion or religious beliefs. Udhayanidhi’s statement has political implications. His lectures were given to take advantage, which is wrong.

Earlier, Tamil Nadu Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, while clarifying his statement, said that his statement has been misinterpreted and he is not an enemy of any religion.
