Islamabad, 3 November : The man who shot six bullets at former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has been shot dead, news agency AFP reported.
Imran Khan, ‘leading a freedom march from Lahore to Islamabad’, was shot at in Waziristan in the Punjab province of Pakistan on Thursday. Besides Khan, four others including an MP were injured in the firing.
Earlier it was stated that the shooter was arrested. Now AFP has reported that the shooter, was shot dead. Whether police or people shot him, is not clear as yet.
