Tonk, 5 September : Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, along with his wife, reached the ancient and historical Kalyan Ji temple located in Diggi in Tonk district on Tuesday. Here he worshipped for about 15 minutes. He wished for the prosperity, brotherhood, and progress of the country. The priest welcomed him by wearing his clothes.
Vice President Dhankhar’s Scheduled Programme in Diggi with his wife
Vice President Dhankhar, along with his wife, came to Diggi by special plane as part of a scheduled programme around 9.15 a.m., where he was accompanied by administrative officials including MP Sukhbir Singh Jonapuria, Todaraisingh-Malpura MLA Kanhaiyalal Choudhary, District Chief Saroj Naresh Bansal, and former Tonk MLA Ajit Singh Mehta. Many BJP leaders, including Malpura Municipality President Sonia Soni, welcomed him. During this, guards of honour were given by the police personnel. Then he reached Kalyan Rai temple at around 9.30, where he cheated on his wife.

Earlier, Vice President Dhankhar was welcomed by BJP leaders. Dhankhar also talked to the leaders for some time regarding the district. During the conversation, the Vice President expressed his fondness for religious places and expressed his desire to visit the birthplace of Dhanna Bhagat at Dhua Kala. After staying for an hour, he left for Kota on his special plane at around 10.15 a.m.
